Estate Plans
An estate plan allows you to say who will inherit your assets and make other important decisions for you when you can’t speak for yourself. Putting your wishes in writing can save your family significant time and money. Our goal is to make the process of creating those documents (will, trust, etc.) as painless and straight-forward as possible.

Advice Calls
Sometimes you just need to ask a few questions and get some clarity on an estate issue, a legal document or a trust. We are just a phone call away ready to help you understand the legal intricacies relevant to these situations and can propose solutions that work for you.

DIY Forms
If all you need is a quick Durable Power of Attorney, Health Directives, Ladybird Deed, or Simple Will for yourself, we can help. Our straightforward intake form and process will get you signed documents in 10 days or less.

OUR CLIENTS
We offer services tailored to the needs of our clients and have extensive experience creating plans right for:
- Aging adults concerned about long-term care
- Parents of children with special needs
- Former or Current Caregivers who do not want their children to grow through the same struggles their parents put them through
- Families with multigeneration values
Our goal is to take the time with you so that you can understand the key legal principles you must know for an effective plan and for us to learn about your goals, fears, experiences, and values that you want to be addressed in your plan.
